Donna HammilL

Healthcare Executive turned Executive Coach

Career challenges and career changes are things Donna Hammill knows about. As a senior executive in a top-tier pharmaceutical company, she had 20 years of challenges and triumphs. She became an executive coach in 2007.

Career change didn’t happen easily or overnight for Donna. She did her own research and personal development, and worked with an executive coach before making the decisions to start her own practice.

She was the client doing the workshops, one-on-one coaching, and lots of homework to assess and build her own self-awareness of her strengths and to build and implement a plan that would drive her growth. She knows first-hand that coaching works.

Executive Health Care Industry experience

World-class training and development were part of Donna’s learning. Experienced in sales, marketing, government relations, business development and human resources, she understands the work and needs of senior mangers and executives. She also understands the demanding world that leaders today face and the agility needed for ongoing success.

Personal motivators in career change

Balancing family life with having a successful career, Donna has felt the pressures other senior managers and executives feel. Skilled in strategic planning and organizational leadership, she managed the challenged.

Breast cancer several years ago prompted her to evaluate her life, decide what was most important, and set priorities for achieving her goals and making a career change.

Senior managers and executives have been inspired by Donna, who works hard, stays focused, and achieves goals. She keeps clients on track so they do the same.

"Success is about having, excellence is about being. Success is about having money and fame, but excellence is being the best you can be."

-- Mike Ditka, Superbowl coach
